How to create a restricted key (30 seconds)
  1. Open Stripe → API keys → Create restricted key.
  2. Set permissions: Subscriptions: Read and Events: Read. Everything else: None.
  3. Click Create key, copy the value, paste it above.
  4. When you're done, click Roll key in Stripe to revoke it. Takes one click.
